What to tell us about the hot tub

Two things help us plan before we come: where the tub sits, on a deck, a patio or the lawn, and whether it still holds water. A photo taken from the driveway shows us how close the truck can get to it, and a second photo of the tub itself shows its size. You do not have to get it ready yourself: if you need us to, we unhook the hot tub and drain it before we lift it.

If the tub sits behind a fence, under a roof or down a slope, say so in the text. Our owner would rather tell you up front that a job is not a fit than show up and find out, and if someone else can do it better, he will point you to them.

Other large items under 4,000 lbs

We do not go into houses for cleanouts. If you are emptying a house, a garage or a basement yourself, a 15 or 20 yard dumpster rental with 2 weeks included lets you load it at your own pace, and we haul it when you text that it is full.
